Oh my goodness! As I said before, I've been dableing in "learning" other languages, with include German, Italian, Russian, French, Polish
rap, Japanese, and Lithuanian just to name some....OH MY GOD, I DIDN'T KNOW I'D BE PUT TO THE TEST SO SOON D:
Okay, so today I was lazying around on the computer like I have been for the past ....month |D; and I decided to go out and about. My mom took me to the new market that opened up that has like A WHOLE BUNCH of flags waving in all their glory on the top of it. It says
WORLD MARKET on a bunch of signs n' junk. Oh my gosh I was expecting so much, but it was just a flea market like the ones I go to all the time in El Paso, San Antonio and Juarez.. |D Which I'm not saying aren't cool!!! I love those places~ I was just expecting more things from EVERYWHERE, but nonetheless, it was totally cool.
Next we went to the Container Store to look at all their stuff (since we got a new house my parents have been going crazy on buying new house accessories n' such). My mom bought me a new trash can that is covered in news papers, which looks pretty cool, but it was all just an evil plot to steal my little trash can I have now for my parents room XD;
WELL! After coming home and eating and doing some more lazying around, my mom decided that she needed to go to Wal-Mart, and so I volunteered to go along with her.
Not 5 minutes into our little Wal-Mart visit, I was thrown into a situation...kind of. We were looking at all the cool pencils and markers, when a girl about 9 or 10 comes walking down the aisle with a seriously freaked out expression. She was lost and kept saying, "MAMA?...MAMA?...MAMA?" and I looked everywhere and saw no one. Then she started to say "MAMA, MAMA!! KUR TU?" which means "Where are you?" in Lithuanian and I freaked out. No one was helping her, so I went up to her and I soon as I was about to speak the best I could to her, her mom comes running up to her XD;;; I was relieved and yet a bit paniced at the same time XD...But seriously, out of all those languages, the most UNCOMMON of them pops up. All in all, I'm very glad she found her mother, cuz getting lost is some scary shit. ;A;...
After that, I realized that all those workers have to put up with a lot of crap, because everybody was being so rude D:< The lady in the check-out line we were in yelled at our cashier and threw her money at him, which was mostly in change and he was so nice about it ;n; So I acted real nice to him. Not that I wouldn't have if she acted nice...but still. Geez, some people. Then as soon as he gave me my reciet for my juice boxes XD, my earing fell out DX;;
All in all this day was pretty cool and weird.
